Christ in our Home

Obedience:  Deuteronomy 4:1-14 Prayer concern:  Law enforcement officers Thank you, God , for the commandments.  Help me to obey them, and forgive me when I fall short.  In Jesus' name Amen

Christ in our Home

Love conquers:  1 John 5:1-5 I finally got this to work!

Christ in our Home

prayer concern:  Victims of domestic violence. When I was sent to prison for no reason (code violation) this was one of the main reasons why my cell mates were incarcerated.  I tried to be a witness.  Perhaps GOD has a purpose in all this backyard injustice that has been done to Sally and myself?  Time will tell.

A reading from Christ in our home.  Very appropriate for what's happening in our country right now. Please pray that our new president will get get our country back in the right path. As Michael Savage says: BORDER LANGUAGE CULTURE I can only do my part. Thanks for viewing this video whoever you are.  Feel free to reply in kind, hopefully encouraging comments.

Inauguration Day

The final chapter in his book effected me deeply.  Thanks for viewing this, whoever you are. My journey here in Topeka has met many detours.  I trust GOD will lead me in the right path. Thanks to Mr. Marso for writing this book.

Things I remember

I'm starting a new segment, calling it "Things I remember" It's all about me ..  for all you naysayers :) I plan to find old photos, etc. too and post them to my blog.

Oliver Bergh - final page -

This is the end of my uncle Oliver Bergh's writings titled "Things I remember" 1923-1986 Oliver Bergh was an American Lutheran missionary in Japan for over thirty years.  A Japanese pastor asked him to write some memoirs for a church paper.  We are thankful that his wife Judith has shared these with us  " ... and by it, he being dead yet speaketh"  Hebrew 11:4 I am inspired by his writings and will do the same using this web page. GOD BLESS to you all who might be interested.

THE UNITY OF THE CHURCH This title is very interesting.  I have discontinued my membership to the ELCA of OSLC here in Topeka KS But I still attend church there ..   Am I a hypocrite? Our country is in dire straits ..  It has to do with what Michael Savage says on the radio. BORDER LANGUAGE CULTURE We need to pray ..   I'll do what I can do with the skills I have, building is NOT one of them

Oliver Bergh Pg9
