  Dale & Myron This picture was taken by Joanne Holter, over the 4th of July weekend, 1994 or 1995 .. I think. The subject of wearing our belts above our waist came up. My wife Sally has told me that I should wear my belt higher up my waist. Those of us with Pot Belly's have a hard time doing that. This is the result.  HOW TO LIVE LONG - BY MYRON HOLTER (in no particular order) 1) Exercise Regularly 2) Bike across Kansas yearly (Those with hemorrhoids are excused) 3) Eat food that's good for you - Except for me - I'm a chocoholic and coffee addict - 4) Be a computer nerd. 5) Be a type "B'" person 6) Make "stress" a non-existence word. 7) Pray 8) Be safe - be sure to duck when someone's shooting at you. 9) Have a sense of humor - mine's rather dry I've been told. 10) Be predictable - Ask my wife Sally. 11) Try to sleep more than 5 hours per day. That's about it for me. 07/26/1996  Pot Belly Pinup  Of the Month Application                                                  5/19/97 Myron is a sort of interesting fellow.  His friends have called him a  little "weird", but he prefers to be called silly. He was born in a small town (Estelline SD) on Jan 23, 1945, the 5th of 6 children.  His mother explains that he was in a hurry to be born, but has never been in a hurry since.  He grew up on a farm between Bruce and Estelline SD with 3 older brothers, an older sister and a younger sister.  Yes he is the thorn between  the two roses. He has worked all his life, from youth, from doing farm work at home for his father,  hauling bales, milking cows, picking rocks, etc. and hired out in his  high school years doing whatever the local farmers would need.
