The city of Topeka has ordered me to be code compliant.  I am trying to comply.  Will I go to jail?

In order to be code compliant with the city, I am attempting to do what is required.  This structure is used for our spa changing room.  It has been installed for many years, I'm thinking 1997? I'll send you a spec in a future post. To:  David Streit
